How to unsubscribe prospects?

A prospect/contact can be unsubscribed in two methods: 

1) Unsubscribe a contact from the Prospects tab:

1. Access your Saleshandy account
2. Navigate to the Prospects tab and choose the contact you want to unsubscribe.
3. you will see an Unsubscribe button as shown below, click on it to unsubscribe that particular contact. 

2) Unsubscribe a contact from the Sequence tab:

1. Access your Saleshandy account
2. Navigate to the Sequence tab and open the sequence in which you have a contact to unsubscribe.
3. Thereafter, navigate to the Contacts tab within that sequence and choose the contact you wish to unsubscribe.
4. Upon selecting the contact, you will see an Unsubscribe button as shown below, click on it to unsubscribe that particular contact. 

NOTE: Once contact is unsubscribed, SalesHandy will not send any emails to that contact through any sequence.
