How do I connect my email account?

How to connect an email account to your SalesHandy account?

  1. Access your Saleshandy account.
  2. Navigate to the 'Settings' page and click on the 'Email Accounts' tab. 
  3. Click the 'Add Email Account' button that you see at the upper right corner of that page.
  4. After you click 'Add Email Account,' you will see the Gmail and Microsoft icons, select the option as per the Email service provider you use, and select the email account you want to connect to Saleshandy.

    NOTE: Currently, users can connect a Gmail account or a Microsoft account only. Our team is actively working on other integrations, and they shall soon be available for users. After that, users will be able to connect to other email accounts too.
