How does template performance work?

When you create a new template in your Saleshandy V3 account, you would be able to measure the performance based on the following parameters:

1. Number of times the template has been used in your emails (In any number of steps/sequences) represents the usage of that particular template.

2. Number of times the email, in which you used the template, has been opened.

You can view the template performance for the emails you send through your sequences by navigating to the ' Templates' tab, as mentioned in the screenshot below:

As mentioned in the image, 

The ' Arrow' represents the number of times you've used the template in your emails.

The ' Eye' represents the number of times your email, in which you used the template, has been opened.
