Which email service providers are supported in Saleshandy's email warmup feature?
The Email Warmup feature allows users to establish a reputation for a new email account and increases the email sending limit. The warmup process involves sending and receiving emails from a new email account, starting with a smaller number and gradually increasing the number of emails each day.
If you are unfamiliar with the email warmup process, please read this FAQ on how to get started with it: Get started with Email Warmup.
The Saleshandy email warmup tool supports below mentioned Email service providers (ESPs):
- Office 365
- Outlook.com/Hotmail.com/Live.com
- Yahoo Mail
- Zoho
- GoDaddy
- Yandex
However, if your email service provider has a custom SMTP/IMAP hostname or uses any custom server settings (ex: smtp.yourname.com), Saleshandy may not support it at this time. You may receive the following error:
The product team is working on upgrading the Email Warmup feature to support more ESPs in the future.
Why Saleshandy does not support warmup for other non-popular ESPs?
Saleshandy’s warmup function automatically sends the emails from your mailbox (using SMTP) and makes sure those emails are engaged with i.e opens, replies, marked not as spam, mark as important and so on and so forth. Inorder to perform this engagement activities Saleshandy’s needs to develop a mechanism that reads (via IMAP OR POP) and performs the actions on recipient's mailbox. At Saleshandy we have already developed that mechanism for popular ESPs. For ESPs which are not popular or are hosted privately, it becomes too much work to create and maintain the mechanism. Hence, Saleshandy only supports the popular ESPs.
