Intro to Sequence

A sequence is a series of emails that you wish to send to a prospect automatically until a reply is received. 

For example, if you add a step 2 email and choose it to be sent after 7 days, that particular sequence will send a second email to every active contact after 7 days from the previous email. Currently, users can add up to 50 steps in a single sequence.

When a prospect responds to an email, that prospect is automatically removed from the next emails of that particular sequence. The sequence also allows you to A/Z test your emails which allows you to send two variants of your emails so that you can assess and compare the performance of both emails.
