Sequence Settings
Sequence Settings allows you to make changes in sequence schedule, change email accounts, adjust safety settings per your requirement, and set unsubscribe text messages at the end of your emails.
Let's explore all the setting features individually and learn how it works!
Schedule and Email
You can change the schedule of the sequence that you have by selecting from the list of schedules through the drop-down. The default set schedule would be chosen and seen in the field.
Same updates can be done with the email account, the default set account will be visible in the field, and you can change it by selecting another account from the drop-down. However, once the sequence is sent, you cannot update the settings.
Safety Settings
You have three options here, and you can turn it on/off as per your requirements.
- Consider a prospect as finished once the reply is received.
- By default, the toggle will be on for this option. You could see a pop-up with an informational message while you try to turn it off.
- By default, the toggle will be on for this option. You could see a pop-up with an informational message while you try to turn it off.
- Track email Opens.
- By default, the toggle will be on for this option. You could see a pop-up with an informational message while you try to turn it off.
- By default, the toggle will be on for this option. You could see a pop-up with an informational message while you try to turn it off.
- Track Link Clicks.
- By default, the toggle will be off for this option. You could see a pop-up with an informational message while you try to turn it off.
- By default, the toggle will be off for this option. You could see a pop-up with an informational message while you try to turn it off.
Opt-out Option
You can unsubscribe link at the end of your emails from here. By default, it will be enabled for you. If you wish, you can disable this option. When you try to disable it, you will see a pop-up message, clicking on YES will disable the opt-up link.
If you keep it enabled or even enable it later, you can select an opt-up message from the options provided or write a custom message per your requirement. Once you write a custom message and save it, it will get automatically updated in your sequence.
