Time interval between two emails

Saleshandy allows you to set the time interval between two emails for each email account you connect with Saleshandy to Outreach.

Why is it important?

There are a few reasons why it's important to keep a regular interval between your emails:

  1. Sending emails less frequently can overwhelm your recipients and make them less likely to engage with your messages. This can lead to a lower open and click-through rate, which can negatively impact the deliverability of your emails.
  2. Sending emails too frequently can trigger spam filters, negatively impacting your deliverability.
  3. Keeping a regular interval between your emails can help you build and maintain a good reputation with email providers, improving your messages' overall deliverability.

How do we do it?

  • Saleshandy’s default interval is 60 - 190 seconds.
  • From scheduled emails, the system selects a random second from this interval to send an email.
  • It ensures that you get maximum deliverability since it simulates the human-like sending pattern.

How can you customize this interval?

  • This interval has been introduced at the level of the email account.
  • Go to Email Accounts from the Settings tab. Click on Sending Settings to change to any desired interval :
  • The changes will be saved when you click on the Save button.
  • Now the system will pick any random second from the interval you set.

Will it blast my email account?

You don't have to worry. We've got you covered. We have put certain limitations to refrain from sending too many emails in one hour.

Limitations:

  1. The interval lower limit cannot be lower than 20 seconds.
  2. The interval higher limit cannot be higher than 2000 seconds.
  3. A minimum interval of 10 seconds is required.
Tip ✨ (Recommended): The lower limit for the interval should be kept at 60 seconds for higher deliverability, although you can choose up to 20 seconds as the lowest interval limit.
